Stephanie T. Pham

Stephanie is an associate attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice groups. She represents both private and public sector clients with such matters as discrimination and harassment, employee leave and discipline, employment contracts and employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, in-house training and general advice and counsel.

During law school, Stephanie was a Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge Jones, Colorado Court of Appeals. She researched and analyzed legal issues presented on appeal and drafted predisposition memos in anticipation of oral arguments.

Holly A. Roberson

Ms. Roberson, an associate attorney, represents public and private sector clients in the areas of natural resources and water law. Her practice focuses on environmental law and policy, CEQA, land use, water, climate change, and renewable energy. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roberson served as Land Use Counsel at the California Governor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR).

Susana P. Solano

Ms. Solano represents private and public employers in all employment matters, such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation cases, as well as wage and hour matters. Her trial experience includes defending an employer through a five-week class action trial involving allegations of failure to provide meal and rest periods and failure to pay prevailing wages. Her litigation experience includes defending class actions. Her dedicated advocacy for her clients most recently led to the voluntary dismissal by the plaintiff of a class action case. Ms.

Christine Cohn

Christine Cohn is health care regulatory and transactional attorney with more than 20 years of experience working with a broad range of providers, including integrated health systems, physicians, IPA’s, hospitals, pharmacies, clinical laboratories, ACO's, ambulatory surgery centers, home health agencies and related business partners. Ms. Cohn has extensive experience working with providers whose operations are located throughout the United States.

James W. Ward

Mr. Ward is an associate attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He represents both private and public sector clients with such matters as discrimination and harassment, employee leave and discipline, employment contracts and employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, in-house training and general advice and counsel.

Kimberley A. Worley

Kimberley Worley has over 25 years of experience representing employers in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative proceedings before such agencies as the DLSE, DOL, DFEH and EEOC. In addition to defending individual discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and retaliation cases, Ms. Worley has considerable expertise defending wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation. She is proficient in all phases of litigation from inception through successful conclusion, whether through law and motion, mediation, arbitration, jury trial, bench trial or appeal.

Jennifer A. Weiner

Ms. Weiner is an associate in the Labor and Employment practice group. She represents both public and private sector clients in lawsuits before state and federal courts at both the trial court and appellate levels. Her experience includes business disputes, construction matters, agricultural business disputes, contract, real property, professional disputes, tort litigation defense, and general liability defense.

Gabriel P. Herrera

Mr. Herrera is an associate in the firm’s Business Services practice group, where he provides advice, counsel, and litigation support in a variety of areas. He provides advice and counsel for general and commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and real property disputes. Mr. Herrera also advises clients in bankruptcy related matters, including secured and unsecured claims, avoidance actions, discharge proceedings, relief from the automatic stay, the recovery and liquidation of assets, and exemption issues. 

Robert P. Johnston

As a charter pilot, Mr. Johnston was the face of his company tasked with keeping clients safe and happy. Skills that now aid his legal career, he excels at client service and understands the value of relationships, striving to resolve matters while deepening relationships. Mr. Johnston provides advice, counsel, and litigation support in a wide range of areas to private and public sector clients; focusing on civil litigation, employment and disability access matters. He advises businesses and nonprofit corporations in formation, operations, and dissolution.

Carl Randall C. Nash

Mr. Nash is an associate attorney in the firm’s Health Care and Business Services groups where he represents clients across a broad spectrum of matters. His interest in the health care field stems from his own prior experience working with health care professionals through consulting, legal services and direct work with hospitals.
