James W. Ward

Mr. Ward is an associate attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice group. He represents both private and public sector clients with such matters as discrimination and harassment, employee leave and discipline, employment contracts and employee handbooks, wage and hour issues, in-house training and general advice and counsel.

Prior to joining Kronick, Mr. Ward was a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Ronald B. Robie, Third District Court of Appeal. He researched and analyzed legal issues presented on appeal, drafted judicial opinions and participated in Operation Protect and Defend with Justice Robie.
