Holly Roberson Appointed to The Executive Committee of The Environmental Law Section of The California Lawyers Association

Kronick is pleased to announce that Shareholder Holly Roberson has been appointed to the executive committee of the Environmental Law Section of the California Lawyers Association. Ms. Roberson represents public and private sector clients in the areas of natural resources and water law. Her practice focuses on environmental law and policy, CEQA, tribal cultural resources issues, land use, water law, climate change, and sustainable development.  She has served as a member of the Environmental Law Section’s legislative committee since 2012 and has also spoken at a number of the Section’s conferences and webinars on topics including environmental justice, and community engagement. Ms. Roberson also serves as a mentor for the Section’s Environmental Law Diversity Inclusion fellowship program.

The Environmental Law Section furthers the knowledge of members in the fields of law affecting the environment and environmental regulatory law. Substantive areas and topics include: Air, litigation, energy, waste management, natural resources, water, land use, toxics and CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act). The Section provides educational opportunities throughout the year, including opportunities for online participatory MCLE credit and self-study MCLE credit.

Ms. Roberson said “The Environmental Law Section is doing great work, I am honored to be selected to serve on the Executive Committee. I am excited to deepen my participation in the Section, especially with regard to issues of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in environmental law practice. We share a desire to enhance the legal profession by cultivating a well-informed, collegial, and diverse group of lawyers and law students throughout the state.”
