Kronick's Labor & Employment group is pleased to host quarterly breakfast briefings that focus on key topics essential for employers, management, and HR professionals. Proposition 64: Adult Use of Marijuana Act (AUMA)'s legalization of recreational marijuana will impact a vast range of planning and operational issues faced by private and public entities throughout California. David Tyra will discuss critical employment issues emerging under the new law, as well as address the current state of the law and discuss practical approaches employers may consider in the workplace. The program will also cover drug testing and special considerations regarding federal Department of Transportation positions and other safety-sensitive or public protection positions.

MCLE & HRCI Credit:  

Kronick is a State Bar of California MCLE approved provider and this program has been approved for one hour of MCLE credit. In addition, this program has met HR Certification Institute's® (HRCI®) criteria for recertification credit pre-approval.


Registration is limited to 30 attendees.
