Bullying in the workplace is out of control. Bullies are expensive, dangerous and cost you more than you realize. When bullying enters the work environment productivity dips, employees ditch, and morale dives. This presentation explores the strategies that identify, prevent and lower the costs of workplace bullying, by identifying bullying behaviors and early warning signs, understanding the impact of bullying on employee productivity. You will also receive practical guidance on an anti-bullying policy and proper procedures for investigating reports of bullying.
