Sacramento | December 17, 2012

KMTG Shareholder and Public Finance Attorney Constantine C. Baranoff once again had the privilege of attending a meeting of the White House Business Council in Washington DC where business leaders met with senior administration officials for an interactive dialogue centered around President Obama’s agenda concerning the federal budget and avoiding the fiscal cliff.  Discussions during the December 6, 2012 forum also focused on macroeconomics, tax policy and strategies for improving the nation’s economic competitiveness and innovation.

“It was an honor to be invited to participate and discuss these important matters,” said Mr. Baranoff, who was joined by more than 50 other business leaders.

The one-day forum was organized by the White House Business Council and by Business Forward, a nonprofit founded by some of the largest and most respected companies in the United States, to help bring business leaders into the policy-making process.
