KMTG Employees Joined 25,000 Supporters In The Race For The Cure® To Benefit The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation

Sacramento, CA | May 15, 2007

Kronick Moskovitz attorneys and staff “raced for the cure” last Saturday, May 12 to show support of, honor the memory of or celebrate the lives of women affected by breast cancer in the 2007 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure®. This year’s race also celebrated the national 25th Anniversary of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.

Along with 25,000 supporters, activists and survivors, the KMTG team participated in Sacramento’s 11th annual Race for the Cure® -- a 5K run, 5K walk or 1-mile walk at Cal Expo. Family members and friends of KMTG employees also joined the KMTG team to run & walk, raising money toward finding a cure for breast cancer. Many of the KMTG team wore loved one’s names on their shirts to dedicate their race to the memory of or celebration of their mothers, sisters, daughters, family members and co-workers whose lives have been affected by breast cancer. One KMTG employee proudly wore her Race for the Cure ® “Survivor” shirt in celebration of her own triumph over breast cancer.

Raising over $2.5 million to fund local breast health education, and breast cancer screening and treatment programs, supporters joined Komen's promise to save lives and end breast cancer. Earlier this year, the Komen Sacramento Affiliate marked a milestone, awarding grants totaling over $1 million.

KMTG would like to thank all the staff and family and friends of staff who generously gave their time, energy & contributions to participate and represent KMTG in this worthy cause.
