KMTG Attorney Jon Goetz Elected to the 2012 Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast
Kronick Moskovitz Tiedemann & Girard (KMTG) is pleased to announce the recent election of real estate attorney Jon Goetz to the 2012 Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of the Central Coast (HBACC). Goetz, who practices in the San Luis Obispo office of KMTG, previously served on the HBACC’s Government Affairs Committee where he helped oversee and coordinate the Association’s government affairs activities and programs in compliance with its public policy goals.
Goetz has been practicing real estate-related law for 25 years and represents a broad spectrum of private-sector landowners and real estate developers, as well as universities and other public entities in complex real estate development transactions, land use planning, public-private redevelopment and affordable housing transactions. Goetz is a 1987 graduate of Harvard Law School.
