2015 presents new challenges and opportunities in K-12 and County Office of Education human resources.  This luncheon presentation will focus upon new or evolving personnel issues including:  key changes in teacher dismissal/suspension resulting from AB 215; Vergara teacher dismissal case update; best approaches to Cal 200 uniform complaints and public records demands regarding P.E. minutes; substitute and part-timer leaves and benefits; problems and protocols in investigating problem employees; Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) Form 700 compliance; and recent conflict of interest claims.

Who Should Attend:

Superintendents, School and County Office of Education Administrators, and HR Professionals.  UC Davis Grad Students and Faculty in the Field of Education are also encouraged to attend.
