On a bargaining team, just as on ship, each member of the crew should play a distinct role.  You can’t run a ship with five captains and no deckhands.  One of the most important parts of the bargaining process is the selection and assignment of the bargaining team members.  This presentation will focus on tips for developing the most effective bargaining team possible.  We will also discuss strategies for preparing the selected team to get the best results based upon the district’s mission, goals and objectives.  Never has this been more important than today with the need to bargain so many issues connected with LCFF and LCAP.
