Financially challenged school districts must address the direct and indirect costs related to employee absenteeism.  Managing employee attendance has arguably become one of the preeminent workplace challenges faced by employers today.  The information presented in this workshop provides processes and tools to effectively and efficiently manage employee attendance.  Participants will learn how to address suspected abuse and comply with the myriad of protected leaves.
