Mr. Heintz is Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel for Wildlands, Inc. and is responsible for the company’s operations and legal matters. He is experienced in land use issues and in obtaining entitlements and approvals through the Subdivision Map Act, CEQA, NEPA, ESA and CWA. Mr. Heintz holds law degrees and diplomas from the Inns of Court School of Law, the University of London, and the University of Liverpool. He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inns in London, England. Mr. Heintz’s undergraduate studies were focused on Zoology and the Biological Sciences at the University of Calgary.
