  • Overview of the legal process to reduce classified positions, and/or reduce classified employee workdays/work year
  • Discussion of the layoff process from commencement to completion, including the differing negotiations obligations raised by PERB case law and “contracting” existing services
  • Update of reemployment rights in light of the decision in Tucker v. Grossmont Union High School District 168 Cal. App.4th 640 (2008)
