- What We Do
Kronick’s attorneys are among the best in their areas of practice and are highly regarded by clients, peers and judges. Lateral hires join a team of more than 40 attorneys practicing in a wide range of industries, specialty areas and geographic regions throughout California.
Kronick’s clients comprise a broad mix of private and public entities and individuals involved in banking, commercial transactions, employment law, real estate, land-use planning, public finance, school law, municipal and public agency law, environmental and water law. While continuing to expand the diversity and depth of its client base, Kronick continues to enjoy a stability arising from the retention of major institutional clients dating back to the firm’s inception.
Working For Kronick
Kronick provides a supportive environment where attorneys have the opportunity to focus and excel in their practices. The firm also encourages experienced attorneys to work towards specialization in a legal discipline.
To afford clients a level of expertise across a broad range of legal services, Kronick emphasizes a “client-focused” approach in which attorneys work together and rely on each other to provide counsel and representation in their respective areas of law. The firm also invests wisely in resources — professional support staff, technology and legal tools — carefully allocating them to help attorneys succeed in providing innovative and cost-efficient legal representation.
Kronick offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package (see our Benefits & Compensation section for more information) and encompasses multiple legal disciplines for attorneys to expand their legal experience. Kronick is an equal opportunity employer.
